With first-hand experience of two successful exits as CEO and Operating Board Director, Richard has also advised on other transactions and projects for private companies, VC backed businesses, private equity in addition to listed organisations.

Simon Duffen

An experienced renewable energy specialist, Simon spent twenty years advising on engineering solutions for multi-national energy companies, developing business units for PE ventures and large corporates.

He has spent 7 years working in East Asia and is qualified as a stock broker with the Charted Institute for Securities and Investments.

Neil Clayton

Project Manager looking after the full development life cycle of a UK wide rollout of high quality C&I solar PV projects ranging between 500kWp and 4MWp for a global, internet & web services enterprise.

Experienced in all aspects of system feasibility, design and specification, managing project life-cycle though construction and commissioning.

With an M.Sc. in Renewable Energy Systems Technology, Neil has extensive experience across all aspects of the solar PV industry including large-scale ground-mount solar, commercial roof installations and solar coupled energy storage.

Asher Prout

Project Manager with experience in system feasibility, design and delivery of commercial solar PV projects.

Asher has a First Class Masters in Mechanical Engineering, works as part of the technical team and facilitates the efficient installation of high quality solar PV systems for our Clients.

James Mackinnon

James Mackinnon

An analyst and technical project developer with experience spanning solar, PPA funding and battery storage technologies.

James has broad experience across the solar industry, is Zestec’s resident expert on PV Sol and is responsible for proactively supporting Partners in the technical specification and design of high quality commercial solar PV systems. 

When it comes to developing highly complex Excel models, and challenging the boundaries of Excel, James leads from the front in all aspects.

Grace Todd

Provides administrative support to the Project Delivery team and processes funding applications from partners, enabling fully funded commercial solar PV systems to be installed.

Colin Nottage

Colin has a Post Graduate Certificate in Safety and Risk management, an engineering degree, is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and a Fellow of the Institute of Quarrying.

Colin and his team at Influential Management Group actively support Zestec, our Partners and Clients with a range of Health & Safety services and solutions.

Sophie Breakell

Member of the outreach team, helping to build new client relationships as well as supporting business development operations.

First Class BSc in Natural Sciences with a focus on sustainability and environmental issues.

Kyriakos Pantziaros

An experienced electrical engineer in the renewable energy sector. Kyriakos has worked on the management and operation of utility scale and embedded solar PV installations.

An Asset Manager with broad experience in managing commercial and industrial rooftop solar systems on behalf of institutional investors.

John Saunders

Asset Manager looking after system monitoring and asset performance of our commercial and industrial rooftop portfolios to ensure these are performing in line with expectations.

John has hands-on experience working across diverse rooftop and ground mount solar PV portfolios.

Sara Kershaw

Sara Kershaw

Preparation and registration of solar rooftop leases and communication with mortgage lenders, landlords and clients.

Management of the accreditation and registration of solar PV systems. Asset Management for our solar PV systems ensuring the assets perform in line with expectations. Extensive experience in a compliance role within the solar industry, managing issues relating to H&S, ISO Quality Management Systems, RECC and MCS.

Kate Erminasa

Financial Manager overseeing and managing the financial matters, performance and compliance of solar assets Zestec manages for its investor partners.

Producing management accounts, budgets and forecasts, including month end and year end accounts. Works closely with and provides support to our Asset Management function.

Gabrielle Phillips

Gabrielle Phillips

Responsible for accounts and general administration including day to day cash and accounting reconciliations for Zestec and manages the billing and credit control for the PPA income for our solar PV portfolios.

Background of 20 years’ experience as an administrator with a large Independent Financial Adviser. Developed expertise in book keeping, human resources, pensions and other employee benefits
