Simon Booth

Simon is our co-founder and CEO of Zestec. He has been delivering an integrated range of funded renewable energy projects for commercial and industrial clients since 2010 and in his current role, he leads a multi-disciplinary, highly talented, dedicated team of renewable energy professionals.

Yvonna Balysz

As our Head of Legal, Yvonna supports the Zestec Team with all legal stages in developing, installing and managing its solar projects, from initial heads of terms, contract negotiations and installation, to asset management. Yvonna is passionate about making a real difference in the fight against the climate emergency and has gained renewables experience in solar, biomass, EV charging and batteries.

Toby Smith

Toby is our co-founder and COO who leads the delivery function at Zestec where he has designed and implemented the delivery systems and processes that have placed the business at the very top of the C&I funded solar PV market. Through the partnership with Octopus Toby has grown and developed the delivery team that is now successfully delivering for a diverse range of clients such as Amazon, major UK airports, and large multi-site programmes for major UK supermarket chains.

Kate Erminasa

Kate oversees our financial planning and HR functions, ensuring our organisational goals align with nurturing a vibrant and productive work environment. To do this Kate has to seamlessly blend both HR and financial strategies to achieve organisational success.

Will Grace

Will leads the team responsible for the performance of our portfolio of solar assets across the UK. He is committed to working closely with our O&M providers and clients to ensure best practice asset management so that our assets operate efficiently, and generate the maximum possible green electricity safely.

James Mackinnon

James runs our team that supports the delivery of projects from sales to installation and operation. As well as financial modelling, analysis of performance, and technical reviews, he also stays involved with training new team members.

Samantha Whittle

As Zestec’s Executive Administrator, Sam offers high-level support to the Leadership Team and Project Delivery Team, facilitating the growth of fully funded renewable solutions for our clients. With over 20 years of experience in business support and administration, Sam is keeping us in check with her dedication to enhancing organisational efficiency and productivity.

James Harman

James supports the company with comprehensive health and safety services across all business units, including inspections, guidance, training, safety regulations and supports the implementation of our safety management systems.
