Project overview
Zestec has partnered with Amazon to deploy rooftop solar pv at an initial 11sites across the UK. These installations are implemented under our PPA model, fully funded by Octopus Energy Generation, meaning no upfront capital costs are required from Amazon. Our chosen installation partner on each of the sites ensure that the systems are installed to the highest standards, and both the EPC and Zestec will provide active management and maintenance throughout the PPA term.
Transitioning to renewable energy is a significant step toward reducing Amazon’s emissions. As the world’s largest corporate purchaser of renewable energy, Amazon aims to power its operations with 100% renewable energy by 2025, surpassing its original goal by five years. Zestec is proud to be a key player in this initiative, supporting Amazon’s journey toward a more sustainable future.
