Zestec led the origination, acquisition and ongoing management of a portfolio of residential portfolio of solar PV assets from a private vendor.

The vendor initially approached Zestec having been let down by another investor who, at very short notice, had failed to honour their previously agreed obligations.

Zestec, working on behalf of one of our Investor partners, successfully completed the purchase of the 147 residential systems in line with a tight transaction timetable of 8 weeks.

Post completion of the acquisition, Zestec has assumed full responsibility for the operational performance of the portfolio via an Operation & Maintenance contract.
