Zestec led the origination, acquisition and ongoing management of a portfolio of residential and commercial solar PV assets from one of its solar partners.

Having originally installed and managed a series of solar PV systems sized between 2 and 50kWp on their own balance sheet, the partner approached Zestec with a view to sell in order they were able to fund other core business priorities.

Zestec, working on behalf of one of our Investor partners, successfully completed an asset purchase of the 25 solar PV systems in under 12 weeks.

Zestec has assumed responsibility for the ongoing management of the portfolio via an Asset Management contract.
