Zestec led the origination, acquisition and ongoing management of a portfolio of residential solar PV assets from a small group of investors who had originally developed the scheme under an Enterprise Investment Scheme.

Zestec, working on behalf of one of our Investor partners, successfully completed the purchase of the 27 residential systems in 8 weeks.

Post completion of the acquisition, Zestec has assumed full responsibility for the operational performance of the portfolio via an Operation & Maintenance contract.
