Zestec led the origination, acquisition and ongoing management of a portfolio of residential and commercial solar PV assets from Kier Property.

Having initially financed and developed the solar PV systems in 2011/12, Kier sought a professional partner able to facilitate the release of capital back into their business to enable further core investment activities to be undertaken.

Working closely with the Commercial Finance team within Kier Property, Zestec, acting on behalf of one of our Investor partners, successfully completed a complex share purchase acquisition comprising 2 Kier owned companies.

Post completion of the acquisition, Zestec has assumed full responsibility for the operational performance of the portfolio via an Operation & Maintenance contract.
